Happy Mid Autumn Festival

This is one of my favorite festival during my childhood, which is all about mooncake and lantern!

Usually will gained few kg by then, you can see how much I loveeeeee mooncake! Especially with lotus seed filling!

But as time goes by, I eat lesser in order to maintain my body shape LOL

So, what so special about the mooncake this year?

I'm not a fan of Hello Kitty! But I just unable to resist it's cuteness! And of course because it's pink.

Furthermore, it comes with a Hello Kitty bag of your choice, with purchase of any 4 flavors!

Get sick of cheesecake and mille crepe?

Are you getting sick of all sort of Cheesecake and Layer Cake?
Sadly, I am.

I came across this cafe on some food blog and was drooling over the pictures of the colorful cakes.
So here we are,  having a dinner at this pinky sweet little cafe!
I had forgotten to take the picture of the sign board, was starving I guess. =P

The interior design is so princess-like that you can have your birthday party and perhaps I can hold my Hen's night there. LOL!

Being Jobless

As titled, I'm currently and temporarily UNHIRED, which explained why am I sitting in front of my computer, writing this blog post after 3 months.

It's been so long, feel like 3 freaking years! =P

Seriously, every evening when I got back from work, what I wanna do is to finish my dinner and sit comfortably on the couch and watching TV shows.

Couch Potato it is.

Nah, Cute hor! That's how I got my spare tire!

Anyway, I'm now enjoying my little space and trying to fully utilize my free time.

What I mean is, trying. Don't like that la, at least I'm trying.

Pls let me be carefree and lazy for a moment. I smell the sweet scent of freedom. Teehee.

So, I have this lovely lunch date with my old old friend, Sufung @ Brazzo to kill my Monday boredom.

This is my first visit to this restaurant and we came here for it's lunch menu.

I love lunch menu because it's always cheaper than usual! =P

Mille Crepe?

It's 2013 already, so fast!

Let's start our new year with some delicious food! *such a glutton*
Accidetally found this cafe when I was thinking to get a Mille Crepe for my Dad's birthday. Seems like it's a new trend? But end up didn't get it cause too pricey. 不肖! >_<

Recently, Cafe that sells only coffee and cake is increasing like rocket. All without proper meal.
Can they survive? =P But at least it provides a place for boring couples to date and then when they get bored of this one they can go for another one. Exploring new cafe everyday. Haha.

So here we come, another new place which is famous with their Mille Crepe, Maco Cafe & Bakery.
Again, without proper meal, we have to go somewhere else to have our dinner then come back here.
So troublesome! Okay I'm lazy and I know it. I almost give up the cake and rather to shop in Sutera Mall until Mr. Rabbit drag me out of the mall. I think most of the guys find their girlfriend looks so un-CUTE than usual when they are shopping. LOL!

So here we come, Maco Cafe @ 9pm. *yawn*

Crème brûlée !

Do you know there's an awesome dessert called Crème brûlée?

I'm so outdated and just became a fan of it recently!
I was so madly in love with this caramel pudding and it just easily beaten all kind of cakes and became the top of my favorite dessert!

When I was traveling in Taiwan, I can see it everywhere in the convenience store, it's in different texture though, but sadly it's so hard to find in Malaysia.=(

Anyway, I discover this cute little cafe called Cestino in the magazine, it's selling Crème brûlée!
It's located opposite of Jusco Tebrau, how convenient!

Woot! There's another new restaurant opened just next to Season, 

after the grand opening of The Toast.

It's Baystreet 66!

It looks kinda classy from the outside view.

I wonder how does the food taste like?

Recently, there's a very HOT cafe around my living area, Tmn Johor Jaya,

The Toast desu!

Since the grand opening, the cafe is crowded of people everyday. 

EVERYDAY.

What so attractive about it?

Out of curiosity, I went to check it out with my family,

I'm so bored of the foods that I had every time in the shopping centre.
Chinese, Western, Japanese, Fast food is so common for my taste buds.
So, this time I'm going to try out something new...


KOREAN cuisine!

which i never dare to try it before.



Here is the Korean Cuisine shop which located at Asian Avenue, Sunway Pyramid.
I think it is another Malaysian-style Korean food...








I thought only Japanese cuisine got Bento Set? Ok, never mind.





I had ordered the "famous" Korean Rice Cake which I always saw in Korean Drama, When the scene is around at the street. Those people standing beside the truck or van and eating rice cake, which is selling on the truck as well.


The taste is like... soft dough, which is sour? LOL
I'm not good in description.
Taste So-so...

Here start our taste bud challenge...

SAKAE SUSHI BUFFET!!!

Until now, I still can feel the fullness of my stomach after having my dinner at Sakae Sushi at 4.30 just now ... It just too much than my stomach can afford ... Buffet just not suitable for me...

Thanks to Vincent Dai Gor, I had my first try on Sakae Sushi Buffet at IOI Puchong! It is his 1st time too.. haha

Rm22.90 for student or senior citizen if i not remember wrongly.
Only Green Plate and Pink plate is included in the buffet at 3-6pm excluded weekend and public
holiday.
Chawan Mushi, dessert and tea is extra charge. So u better enquire from the staff before u order any Special food from the menu...

We're indulging in the World of Kids...
We had ordered Soooooo many food from Kid's Menu which is newly launched recently...
I'm still a kid... I don't know Dai Gor... :P

We didn't eat this. It is a red plate. BTW the promotion for the buffet is buy 2 free 1 for redplate if im not mistaken.

Star Fishball +Egg = Kid's Favorite！

RiceBall. Or football? Ehm, we won't want to waste our stomach space to stuff it with plain rice. Skip.






FREE Soba... Taste not bad in the end after you stuffed your stomach with full of sweet and sour sushi rice. This salty soba will neutralize your taste bud. It works for me.

Dai gor thought it is a tempura dishes so he order it. But after i checked back the menu, it is written vege that fried with tempura flour or something ... LOL so it is VEGE!!! Haha, we just had few bite and left it. >.<


Yam... Same taste like what we had in DimSum restaurant. haha


My 1st try on soft shell crab! Daigor order for me. It is like, fish meat? not bad. It is number 1 in Sakae sushi ranking!

As a conclusion, it is Not a bad experience. The food is nice. The price is OK. But we actually didn't save much because We didn't take a lot of food also. Haih, We just not suitable to eat buffet lar!
Then how m i going to have my try on Jogoya? I sure rugi alot >.<
